Salerno confirms its ninth boat show for November
The ninth Salerno Boat Show will take place from 6 to 11 November 2026 at Marina d’Arechi. The event was presented during the Genoa International Boat Show as part of the network of Italian marine exhibitions supported by Confindustria Nautica.
Exhibitor registrations close on 16 October, and Marina d’Arechi has introduced a new online system for companies to reserve exhibition space. The organiser is retaining free public admission throughout the show to encourage both established boaters and newcomers to visit.
Sea trials remain central to the regional show format
Visitors will be able to test selected boats on the water with support from the marina’s organisation. Daily opening is planned from 10:00 to 18:00, with extended opening until 21:00 on Saturday 7 November.
The previous edition attracted 241 boats, 121 exhibitors and 120 represented brands together with more than 45,000 visitors. Those figures give the 2026 show a clear benchmark as organisers try to convert regional footfall into sales and sea-trial activity.
Marina setting links the show with Campania cruising
Marina d’Arechi positions the event around the wider boating economy of Campania and southern Italy, where marina capacity and coastal tourism are important parts of the regional market. The marina also provides access toward the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Cilento.
For exhibitors, the late-season timing offers another commercial opportunity after the main Cannes, Monaco and Genoa show cycle. For visitors, the combination of free entry and on-water testing gives Salerno a more accessible regional format than the largest international exhibitions.
