The Nimbus W9 measures 9.35 metres and combines a spacious dayboat cockpit with a double berth for two. Its deck and cabin layout are intended for a couple or small group extending a weekend beyond a single afternoon.
The profile concerns a manufacturer-model specification rather than a new sale or delivery. Each design is within Leisure Boat Guide's under-12-metre remit, although its handling and practical role differ from other small craft.
Arrangements on board
A large L-shaped sofa can turn into a sunbed and an additional sleeping space, while the cockpit galley includes a 65-litre refrigerator. Sidewalk circulation, an aft shower and several canopy options support changing use throughout the day.
A layout that works at the quay should also allow secure circulation, suitable seating and access to essential gear underway. A buyer should inspect the actual craft, not only rely on promotional photographs.
Technical details
The yard lists a 2.95-metre beam, 320 litres of fuel and 56 litres of freshwater. Available outboard options include 250, 300 and 350 horsepower, requiring a buyer to check the fitted engine and towing or mooring dimensions.
Published numbers may reflect an optional engine or particular model year and do not replace a vessel-specific data plate. Fuel consumption, range and ride depend on weather, hull condition, crew weight and fitted equipment.
The ownership checklist
