Two projects recognised at Monaco

Marina Ibiza's project focuses on Posidonia oceanica in Talamanca Bay, working with Asociación Vellmarí and marine biologist Manu San Félix. The programme plans to plant 1,500 shoots during 2026 and invites owners, clients and visitors to support the restoration through an adoption-style initiative.
The marina says the work responds to historic loss of the local meadow. Restoration success depends on ecological conditions and long-term monitoring, so the announced planting figure should not be confused with a guaranteed final survival rate.
Solar power across STP Shipyard Palma
STP Shipyard Palma's selected project centres on solar generation and energy efficiency. Since 2021, the yard has expanded photovoltaic installations, added battery storage and installed electric-vehicle charging linked to renewable power.
The group states that these measures have avoided 587 tonnes of CO2 to date. That is a company-reported operational figure, and readers should distinguish it from an independently audited whole-site lifecycle assessment.
