A compact power catamaran for the sub-12m market
Jeanneau is bringing its new TH33 power catamaran to Grand Pavois 2026 in La Rochelle, giving more leisure-boat buyers a chance to see the 10.17-metre model in person. The boat sits firmly within Leisure Boat Guide’s sub-12m scope and expands Jeanneau’s move into compact twin-hull powerboats.
The TH33 is designed around the stability and deck width of a catamaran while keeping overall length close to that of a conventional family cruiser. Jeanneau positions the model for day boating, entertaining and short coastal trips, with an emphasis on usable outdoor space and easy owner operation.
Twin-hull stability with an open social layout
The boat’s catamaran platform creates a broad deck area relative to its length and is intended to reduce roll at anchor. Modular seating allows the cockpit to change between cruising, dining and lounging layouts, while the central galley keeps food preparation close to the main social areas.
An optional cabin package adds mattresses, reading lights and storage to extend the boat beyond simple day use. That flexibility is likely to appeal to owners who want a compact boat that can handle both casual day trips and occasional overnight stays without moving into a much larger cruiser.
Garmin displays and protected helm
Jeanneau equips the TH33 helm around twin 12-inch Garmin displays, with a separate 7-inch passenger display also available. A full windscreen and optional hardtop provide more protection than an entirely open dayboat, making the model more practical in cooler weather or variable coastal conditions.
The official specification gives an overall length of 10.17 metres, a hull draft of 0.62 metres and CE certification for up to eight people in Category B or fourteen in Category C. Those figures place the TH33 in a useful middle ground between compact open craft and larger cruising catamarans.
Grand Pavois adds another public showcase
The TH range made its full boat-show debut earlier in 2026, and Jeanneau is continuing to put the TH33 in front of buyers at major European events. Grand Pavois runs in La Rochelle from 22 to 27 September 2026, with the TH33 listed among Jeanneau’s new models on display.
For buyers comparing sub-12m family cruisers, the TH33 offers a different proposition from a conventional monohull: more beam and deck space for its length, combined with the handling and operating simplicity expected from modern outboard-powered leisure boats.
