GreenIng is using Interboot 2026 to demonstrate a range of electric marine systems led by its Electric RIB 600. The German engineering company is also showing the Electric Spark personal-watercraft prototype and propulsion systems spanning several power levels.
The Interboot exhibitor listing specifies a 45kW drive and a 40kWh-class battery system for the Electric RIB 600 display. GreenIng's current product material describes the RIB as a platform for both leisure and professional applications.
RIB 600 demonstrates a modular battery approach
GreenIng says the Electric RIB 600 uses a modular battery concept that can be adapted to the available installation space. That approach is intended to make higher-power electric propulsion easier to integrate into boats that would traditionally use a petrol outboard.
The company has also published charging options that include conventional shore power and higher-rate AC charging depending on the installed system. Charging time, range and usable capacity will vary with the precise battery package and how the boat is driven.
Electric Spark remains a prototype
The Electric Spark is presented at Interboot as an electric personal-watercraft prototype rather than a confirmed production model. That distinction matters because prototype equipment, performance and market timing can change before any commercial release.
Showing the prototype beside the RIB gives visitors a broader view of how GreenIng is applying its electric systems to very different small-craft formats. It also allows the company to gather feedback without implying that a retail launch date has already been fixed.
Interboot puts the complete system on display
GreenIng has worked on electric propulsion and energy systems for more than a decade, and the 2026 exhibition combines motors, batteries and complete craft in one presentation. That makes the display more useful than a motor-only announcement for owners trying to understand the full installation.
For Leisure Boat Guide, the RIB is the strongest immediate ownership story because it is a functioning under-12m boat rather than only a component. The Electric Spark remains worth following separately if GreenIng moves it from prototype status toward production.
