Scannell Properties announced the development on 3 September 2026 after acquiring a 13,345-square-metre site in Como province. The project is a facility plan, not an assertion that the new production lines are already operating.
Manufacturing and logistics together
The developer describes approximately 6,700 square metres of gross lettable building area, separate from the larger land parcel. Production, testing, storage and distribution are intended to be consolidated rather than split between existing premises.
