Cantieri Capelli has added the ALMA 27 to its new ALMA line, marking a fresh open-deck direction for the Italian builder. The boat measures 8.68m overall and combines a dayboat layout with a fitted cabin and two berths.
Capelli describes the model as a mid-to-high-end boat aimed at owners who want larger-boat comfort without giving up manoeuvrability. The design is developed in-house by the Cantieri Capelli technical department and is built in Italy.
8.68m layout combines open deck space with a cabin
The ALMA 27 has a 2.54m beam and a quoted dry weight of 1,900kg in standard specification. Passenger capacity is listed as 12 in CE category D and eight in category C.
Standard equipment includes a fitted cabin, refrigerator, freshwater system, shower, stern table, electric windlass and hydraulic steering. Buyers can add equipment such as a hard-top, bow thruster, shore power and solar panels depending on the intended use.
Single or twin outboard options are available
Maximum engine power is listed as one 350hp outboard or twin 200hp outboards. That gives owners a choice between a simpler single-engine installation and the manoeuvring and redundancy advantages of twins.
The fuel tank holds approximately 390 litres, while the freshwater tank is listed at about 94 litres. Those capacities support extended day use and occasional overnighting rather than turning the boat into a full cruising yacht.
ALMA 27 joins Capelli’s 2026 show programme
Cantieri Capelli is promoting the ALMA 27 as a new model while preparing for the 2026 autumn boat-show season, including the Genoa Boat Show from 1 to 6 October. Official photography and downloadable press material are already available through the builder’s catalogue section.
