Twin-step hull targets coastal performance

BENETEAU says the Flyer 30 uses its patented Stepped Vee Ventilated Tunnel twin-step hull to improve lift, efficiency and handling. The boat is paired with twin outboards and carries a 210-US-gallon fuel tank, giving the new model a stronger coastal-cruising brief than a purely sheltered-water dayboat.

A generous freeboard and full-height windscreen are intended to add security and weather protection when conditions change. The combination is aimed at owners who want simple dayboat operation without limiting the boat to short runs inside protected waters.

Single-level deck is built around social use

The asymmetric single-level deck is arranged to keep movement between the main onboard areas straightforward. Forward, a wrap-around bow lounge creates a separate seating zone, while flexible aft seating can be reconfigured for different uses through the day.

At the helm, three seats allow navigation to become a shared activity rather than a single-driver position. A central wet bar supports the cockpit social area, and the console provides access to an interior compartment with head facilities for longer days afloat.

Flyer 30 introduces a new design language

BENETEAU describes the model as the starting point for a broader evolution of the Flyer range. The exterior combines open sightlines, a floating roof element and a hardtop treatment intended to provide shelter without making the deck feel enclosed.

Materials and upholstery follow a restrained contemporary approach, with low-contrast textures and marine-grade finishes. The aim is to give the boat a more refined appearance while retaining the practical character expected from a high-use leisure dayboat.

Major show appearances continue into 2027

The Flyer 30 was scheduled to appear at the Newport International Boat Show in September 2026, followed by the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show from October 28 to November 1. BENETEAU also plans to show the model at boot Düsseldorf in January 2027.

For buyers shopping around the 30-foot class, the Flyer 30 adds another twin-outboard option with a strong emphasis on social deck space and coastal capability. Engine specification, local pricing and equipment packages will vary by market.
