Corsa becomes Halcyon for Model Year 2027
Barletta's Model Year 2027 update states directly that the Corsa series is becoming Halcyon. The company presents the change as an evolution of an established part of the range rather than the simple addition of another unrelated pontoon family.
For existing Corsa owners and prospective buyers, the important distinction is that the familiar series name is changing as the product moves into a new model year. Used-boat listings and dealer stock may therefore continue to show the Corsa name while new 2027 boats transition to Halcyon.
The dedicated Halcyon page launched on 1 October
Barletta's Halcyon landing page carries the date 1 October 2026 and currently describes the model as coming soon. The timing makes the rename a current product-development story rather than a retrospective branding exercise.
Full model specifications have not yet been published on that page, so buyers should avoid assuming that every previous Corsa dimension, option or layout will carry over unchanged. The manufacturer is expected to reveal more detail as the 2027 model rollout progresses.
Public debut is planned for Fort Lauderdale
Barletta's Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show page says the all-new Halcyon will be shown there for the first time, with Halcyon 25M and Halcyon 23UC listed among the boats scheduled for display. The 2026 show runs from 28 October to 1 November.
A public show debut should give buyers their first opportunity to compare the new Halcyon directly with Barletta's Lusso, Cabrio, Aria and Sanza ranges. It will also clarify how much of the change is visual, structural or equipment-related beyond the new name.
The rename sits within a broader 2027 refresh
Barletta's 2027 programme also introduces new interior colours, Alpine Gray flooring, updated wireless charging and changes across several other series. Cabrio gains a redesigned helm and 300hp availability on 24-foot models, while Sanza receives new floorplans and JBL Auracast connectivity.
The wider context suggests Halcyon is part of a substantial model-year update rather than an isolated badge change. For buyers, the sensible comparison will be between complete 2026 Corsa and 2027 Halcyon specifications once Barletta releases the final model data.
