The boat sits at the centre of the property idea
Sandbox Properties says every three-level residence includes a private marina berth, marine store, heated pool and spa, sauna, gym and wellness area. There is also direct access to a private residents’ beach, so the waterfront is used as an active part of the home rather than simply a view.
The berths sit to the east of the properties and include private three-phase 32-amp service pillars. The developer also says there are no separate mooring fees for the dedicated berth, reinforcing the idea that the boat space is integral to the residence.
Energy provision extends towards the marina
Each property is specified with a 17–24kW rooftop solar array and a 27kW battery storage system, with the electrical provision extending towards the marina berth and EV charging. That integration is increasingly relevant as owners add battery chargers, electric tenders and other powered equipment to their waterside routines.
The development claims its energy system can reduce grid dependence substantially, although actual performance will depend on household use and conditions. For a boater, the more interesting point is that marina-side energy has been considered at the same time as home and vehicle charging.

A boat kept behind the house is easier to use spontaneously than one requiring a drive to a marina, loading gear and arranging access. Short evening trips, fishing sessions or family outings become more realistic when the vessel is already part of the home environment.
