Rockley Marks 50 Years and Raises £14,000 for Children’s Hospice

The organisation used the anniversary to support Julia’s House, the children’s hospice charity. A gala at Lighthouse Poole raised £14,000, bringing the community around watersports together for a purpose beyond the water.

Rockley traces its story to 1976 and has developed programmes around sailing and other outdoor activities. Its work has introduced many people to watersports through organised tuition rather than relying on them to own equipment before starting.
