The official release, issued on 24 September, describes eight suites with private pools and a private beach. It identifies an actual new property, not simply a proposed development, though guests should confirm operating facilities and available room categories before booking.

The hotel takes its name from a Samian word associated with a dream, reflecting the quieter pace that its designers sought to capture. Its rooms and public areas use references to the island's environment and cultural history, while the setting encourages guests to spend time outdoors.
A 72-room scale gives the hotel a different character from a very large coastal resort. The design proposal is intended to connect its interiors with the coastline rather than recreate a generic Mediterranean interior in every location.
Muscat becomes part of the stay
Samos is known for its Muscat wine, and Nírema includes a wine cellar celebrating the island's production. Its signature M Moment is presented as the Cup of Pythagoras, a Samian wine ritual that connects a guest experience to a local story rather than just a tasting list.
