MGallery and Colossos SA plan an adults-only resort at Kallithea in Rhodes, offering a future shore stop for Aegean holidays.
A new coastal hotel planned
MGallery Collection and Colossos SA have announced a hotel on the island of Rhodes. The adults-only development is under construction with an intended spring 2027 opening.
Kallithea provides its proposed Aegean setting. The property should not yet be treated as an operating hotel with confirmed guest services.
What the partners propose
The concept brings together contemporary design, dining and wellbeing facilities. Local culture is also part of the announced guest experience.
The finished accommodation and programme may differ from the initial project description. Prospective guests should consult the operator once bookings open.
A visit around the water
Rhodes offers coastal outings and boat excursions within the wider Dodecanese region. A hotel stay could complement a separately booked dayboat trip or sailing excursion.
Skippers still need current local weather and harbour information. A planned resort does not guarantee a private landing for a leisure boat.
Booking with the opening in mind
The announced opening period is an intention rather than confirmation of a specific first-guest date. Construction programmes can change before final commissioning.
The official Accor project release and photograph establish what is currently known. Confirm operating status before making non-refundable travel arrangements.
