The company operates nine marinas across the UK and Europe. Wagstaff joined in 2004, giving him more than twenty years of experience within the organisation.

The announcement highlights his involvement in development projects, including Yacht Haven Quay Plymouth, a purpose-built dry-stack marina. He has also worked with staff, customers and industry partners across the group.
